Privacy Policy for Bus Depot Rush

This policy explains what Bus Depot Rush (package com.laneshift.busparkingout) collects, why, and who it is shared with. It is operated by Nexa studios.

The game has no accounts and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, photos, contacts, files, camera, microphone or precise GPS location.

1. What is collected

Stored only on your device — never uploaded:

  • Level progress, coin balance, boosters owned and any in-progress level
  • Music and sound settings

Clearing the app's data or uninstalling erases all of it permanently. We cannot restore it.

Sent to our server (to understand how the game is played):

  • A device identifier generated for this app
  • The app's package name and version
  • Device manufacturer, model and operating system version
  • Approximate location — city, region and country only, derived from your IP address. Not GPS.
  • Gameplay events: level completed, and when a rewarded ad is watched

Collected by Google for advertising:

  • Your Advertising ID
  • IP address, device and app information used to select and measure ads

2. Advertising

The game is free and funded by ads from Google AdMob: banners, ads between levels, ads when reopening the app, and optional "watch ad" rewards you choose to view.

Ad content is limited to a G rating (suitable for general audiences).

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent form before any ad loads. If you decline, no ads are requested and no ad SDK is started. You can change your choice at any time via Settings → Privacy options inside the game.

Google's practices: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

3. Third parties

  • Google AdMob — serves and measures ads. Privacy Policy
  • Google Firebase Remote Config — lets us adjust how often ads appear without an app update. Privacy
  • ipinfo.io — converts your IP address into an approximate city/country. Privacy Policy
  • Our own server — receives the gameplay events listed above

Google Analytics is present as a technical requirement of Remote Config, but automatic data collection is switched off.

We do not sell your data.

4. Children

Bus Depot Rush is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your choices

  • Ads consent — Settings → Privacy options (where applicable)
  • Advertising ID — reset or delete it in Android settings
  • Delete everything — uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings
  • Request deletion of server data — email us and we will remove records tied to your device identifier

6. Security and retention

Data in transit is sent over HTTPS. Gameplay events are retained only as long as needed to understand how the game is used. We keep no data that identifies you personally.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be announced in the app's store listing.
